This role sits under the Director of Transformation and will be working closely with senior stakeholders from both business and technology team. You will be the pioneer of the overall growth of the team and you will have the opportunity to drive various organisational, operational, and business transformation.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join the dynamic team and lead a critical transformation project within the organisation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of a complex transformation project, including planning, budgeting, governance, resource allocation, and risk management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverable, and timelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure project progress and adherence to established deadlines
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues and obstacle
- Conduct regular project reviews, lessons learned sessions, and post-implementation evaluations to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Project / Programme Management with strong Project Governance experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex transformation projects within a large-scale organisation
- Experience in Business / Operations Transformation are highly preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
